As part of our going green, and sustainability policies, we are asking families to consider making lunches that are not wrapped in packaging.

There are many lunchboxes which enable foods to be segregated without the need for plastic or foil wrappers.

During the accreditation process, other preschools were notified that the use of insulated lunchboxes was not only unnecessary but also counterproductive when placed in the fridge.

Therefore Bellingen Preschool has adopted a no insulated lunchbox policy and recommend families chose other alternatives.
